2. Let the defect(s), as pointed out by the Office, be ignored.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

4. The present modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 02.12.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3908 of 2025 and further seeking extension of four weeks' time for surrender and furnishing of bail bonds of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender within the time stipulated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22564 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 earlier order, and therefore, prays for grant of further extension of four weeks' time for the said purpose.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the present modification application is allowed.

7. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted four weeks' further time from today to surrender before the court concerned and furnish bail bonds. The bail bonds shall be accepted only if the petitioner produces proof of up-to-date maintenance amount, as directed earlier by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

8. The order dated 02.12.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3908 of 2025 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
