The petitioner has been in custody on his remand since 27.07.2017 in connection with Sonpur (Hajipur) Rail P.S. Case No. 52/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was arrested in connection with another case of motorcycle theft and since he is a running a motorcycle repairing shop and he has been remanded in several other cases of similar nature. He further submits that in such other cases, the petitioner has already been granted bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one Ravi Kumar, this petitioner was

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is already in custody for more than six months, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., (Railway) Sonpur (Saran), in connection with Sonpur (Hajipur) Rail P.S. Case No. 52/2017.
