=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-09-2015 No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Parties. Petitioner who is the wife seeks transfer of the case bearing G.R.No.2060 of 2011 from the Court of Muzaffarpur to Vaishali at Hajipur on grounds of convenience.

It is submitted that the Petitioner is alone and it is difficult for her to pursue the case at Muzaffarpur.

Considering the merits of the case, the Application is allowed and the trial of Tr.No.2081 of 2014, G.R.No.2060 of 2011 pending before Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur is transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Vaishali at Hajipur. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17506 of 2015 dt.11-09-2015 within four months from the date of receipt of this order. If the Court at Hajipur shall not insist upon the personal appearance of the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 on any date either the framing of the charge, statement for recording under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and for hearing the judgment.
