The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 11 of The Public Gambling Act, and 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that at the place of gambling when the raid was laid one motorcycle, Rs. 31,900/-, playing card, country made pistol and sharp cutting weapon were recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the suspicious nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.
