The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that somebody impersonated her and took out a SIM bearing no. 7562813597 in her name. The petitioner has not taken the aforesaid SIM. It has come that Bauli Mukhiya was using the SIM in a looted mobile phone. The petitioner is a shopkeeper, who after taking due care and identification as the voter identity card of Janki Devi, issued the aforesaid SIM to her. The informant herself filled up Form BH 1009026060.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, after due care and identification of the informant issued the SIM to the

No.7126 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 informant, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 403/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
