The petitioner has been in custody since 29.05.2017 in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 134 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 25 1-B (a)/26 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is of recovery of one countrymade pistol and three live cartridges.

Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -V, Begusarai in connection with
