JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 19.7.2022. Again same prayer has been made on the ground that husband of the deceased Vikash Singh @ Vikash Vikkal has already been acquitted in this case lodged for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 302, 506 of the IPC and under sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act vide judgement dated 20.1.2023, passed in Sessions Trial No. 40/2022 (Annexure 3). In view of the aforesaid development, in the event of surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Sheohar in Purnahiya Police Station Case No. 115 of 2021.
