====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 04.10.2023 at about 4 pm, when the informant was going to his house from the market, this petitioner along with one other accused persons surrounded him and snatched Rs. 4500/- cash and golden chain from his neck on the point of pistol.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute between the parties, his false and concocted case has been lodged against the petitioner.

5. However, learned counsel for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15642 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 bail application and submits that there is specific allegation that on the point of pistol this petitioner snatched cash and golden chain of the informant. He next submits that petitioner has got three criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
