The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 12.08.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. 1824
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8120 of 2016(2) dt.28-03-2023 2/2 of 2015 corresponding to T.R. No. 796/2015 whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 147, 323 and 504 of I.P.C.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be given liberty to raise all the points before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage. The matter accordingly stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
