This writ application has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.01.2021 as contained in Annexure-22 passed by the Divisional Commissioner whereby and whereunder the Divisional Commissioner, Patna (respondent no. 3) has dismissed the Appeal No. 65/2020 filed by the petitioner, affirming the order dated 04.07.2020 passed by District Fisheries Officer-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Nalanda (respondent no. 7).

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners requests that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioners to file representation before the District Fisheries Officer-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Nalanda (respondent no. 7).

4. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to petitioners to file representation before the District Fisheries Officer-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Nalanda (respondent no.

7) preferably within a period of four weeks' from today.

5. In the event, such representation is filed by the petitioners, the District Fisheries Officer-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Nalanda (respondent no. 7) shall examine the claim of the petitioners and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties preferably within a period of three months thereafter.
