JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 30.10.2017, seeks bail in Thakurganj PS Case No. 113 of 2017 registered under Sections 328, 379 and 411 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner gave some intoxicating material for eating to the informant's nephew and thereafter committed theft of his money and on chase apprehended by the informant and others.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended merely on suspicion, no money was recovered from his possession and he has clean antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Firoz is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Kishanganj in connection with Thakurganj PS Case No. 113 of 2017.
