Mr.Ram Sevak Choudhary ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 16-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katihar Nagar Sahayak P.S. Case No.516 of 2023 in S.Tr. No.735 of 2023 lodged under Sections 399, 402, 413 and 414 of the IPC read with Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 04.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58906 of 2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that mistake has taken place by the pairwikar that after being fully verified, he has intimated that only 7 cases is pending against the petitioner, whereas total 16 cases were pending

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14415 of 2025(3) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 against him and realizing the wrong, petitioner has moved for modification which was rejected, thereafter he has moved before this Court for bail which was again rejected raising the same point.

5. Counsel further submits that in future such mistake shall not take place.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court finds that the said mistake has been done by the pairwikar. As such, let the petitioner be directed to file a fresh application intimating the details of all 16 cases which is pending against him with supportive proof that he is not absconding in any of the 16 criminal cases.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the present bail application is hereby disposed off.
