Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 200 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he forcibly established physical relation with the informant. Although, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tried to convince me about the falsity of the accusation but in my view, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail and accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 200 of 2014

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10797 of 2015 (2) dt.20-03-2015 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
