The petitioner seeks bail in Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 309 of 2013, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 37 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that according to his information the case has already been fixed for judgment.

In this view of the fact, prayer for bail of the above named petitioner is rejected.
