The present modification petition has been filed for extending the date by which the petitioners were directed to surrender in the court below within a period of two weeks beginning from 21.01.2015.

Considering the submissions made by the petitioners, let the petitioners, as stated in this modification petition, namely, Sunil Chauhan and Dharam Chauhan @ Dharmu Chauhan, surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from today. In case, this order is not complied with, the order dated 21.01.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32431 of 2014, is deemed to be inoperative.
