JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 96 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is specific allegation against the co-accused person Vijay

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Rautara P.S.
