This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 09.12.2022 passed in Cr. Revision No. 221 of 2022 passed by learned District and Sessions Judge, Darbhanga whereby and whereunder the order taking cognizance has been challenged and the same was refused and further for quashing of the order dated 01.02.2022 passed in connection with Bahera Police Station Case No. 171/21 whereby and whereunder prima facie case has been found against the petitioner under section 341/323/325/308/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner challenged the order of cognizance in revision and the revision has been dismissed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17527 of 2023(2) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 When the two courts of fact have found materials against the petitioner, this Court in its quashing jurisdiction will not interfere in this matter.

This application is dismissed with liberty to pray for discharge.
