The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.146 of 2016, a case under Sections 363/366/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. relates to kidnapping of the sister of the informant. However, the perusal of the statement of the victim, under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it appears that she was a consenting party to go with the named accused persons. The victim has not stated that the petitioner had induced her to go away. Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7030 of 2018 (2) dt.07-02-2018 P2/ bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
