The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 469 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. In view of the fact that the specific allegation is against Lav Kush Verma and he had been taken into custody and granted bail, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
