The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 307, 333, 353, 283 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 5 and 6 Essential Service Maintenance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 has antecedent of two cases and petitioner no. 2 has antecedent of one case and the allegation as alleged in the FIR is that accused persons, including the petitioners and several others were allegedly

No.14481 of 2022(2) dt.19-09-2022 2/3 protesting against accidental death of one Vicky Kumar and were demanding compensation and for which they had blocked the road and on intervention by the police, it is alleged that the pelted stones and assaulted the police personnel.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that no specific overt act alleged against the petitioners and similarly situated coaccused have been granted bail by order dated 06.12.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 6626 of 2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection
