The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

It is a case of recovery of only ten liters of illicit liquor from a half constructed house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that she has no concern with the seized liquor and no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the

Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as fact that meagre quantity of liquor has been recovered and petitioner being a lady, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S.
