ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 3/ 18-03-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 24.04.2014 in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No.213 of 2012 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

However, from henceforth the Petitioner shall pay a sum of `1,000/- per month instead of `750/- per month. The application stands disposed off.
