Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201,392/34, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is suspected to have committed murder of the husband of the informant as the petitioner had called on telephone to the husband of the informant for going to Purnea.
Submission is that there is no material to substantiate any motive on the part of the petitioner to commit murder. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He he is custody since 11.07.2018. Investigation of the case is already

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T.No.189 of 2018 giving rise to Bahadurganj Police Station Case No.212 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
