The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S.Case No. 406 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26/35 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case he submits that on search one country made pistol and two live cartridges was recovered from his possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2018 and similarly circumstanced other co-accused namely Golu Kumar @ Kariman Kumar @ Kariman has been granted bail by co-

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than seven months and similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 406 of 2018.
