Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udawantnagar P.S. Case No.41 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and others were apprehended while they are attempting to steal away the motorcycle of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the same occurrence two FIRs have been lodged against the petitioner including others i.e. Udawantnagar P.S. Case No.40 of 2017 and Udawantnagar P.S. Case No.41 of 2017, which is not sustainable in law. He further submits that in Udawantnagar P.S. Case No.40 of 2017, the petitioner has already been allowed bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22724 of 2017 (2) dt.19-05-2017 by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.18437 of 2017 vide order dated 24.04.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udawantnagar P.S.
