Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2023 and there is a recovery of 100 liters of illicit liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Court No.-I, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Mufassil) P.S.
