2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40560 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the report of Trial Court dated 15.04.2024 reveals that till date the prosecution has not produced any witness. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2020 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.

4. Having considered the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
