JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376,294,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 66 I.T.Act and 8/12 POCSO Act. Allegation is of physical exploitation on the pretext of marriage by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the series of letters written by the informant to the petitioner and the photographs would reveal that both were in some affairs from before hand. In some of the photographs, mother of the informant was also there alongwith the petitioner and the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7598 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jakkanpur Police Station Case No.331 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
