Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 registered under Section- 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is no named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of the coaccused. Neither anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on Test Identification Parade. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.03.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.22712 of 2017 (4) dt.29-06-2017 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Raghubir Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S.
