Petitioner has filed the aforesaid modification application for modification in the cause title of order dated 18.01.2019 passed by this Court in Cri. Misc. No. 79312 of 2018.

In the aforesaid order, name of father of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as Chandradeo Mahto instead of Chandradeo Sahni, Village as Sarkat instead of Sanjat and police station as Bishunpur instead of Bhagwanpur in consonance to the petition filed by the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the aforesaid defects as mentioned in the aforesaid

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14358 of 2019(2) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 order is hereby modified to the above extent. This application stands disposed of.
