Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379,411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was apprehended at the spot when he had snatched the bag of the informant. Bag was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2017.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that false allegation is there for the reason that cycle of the informant has dashed the motorcycle of the petitioner due to her rash driving and for that reason false allegation has been levelled, as sympathy of the people thereat went with the female.

Considering the nature of material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of one year of custody, if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with K.Hat Police Station Case No.687 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
