Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 146 of 2016 registered under Sections- 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. Petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail vide order dated 15.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51525 of 2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22624 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 146 of 2016.
