The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal No.3066 of 2019. The petitioner No.2 was appellant No.2 in the aforesaid appeal and petitioners were granted bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below but the petitioner No.2 could not surrender in the court below within the time due to reasons beyond the control of the petitioner No.2.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the period for surrender of the petitioner No.2 is further allowed to four weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12080 of 2020(2) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 from today.
