Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A,25(1-AA),25(1AAA),26(2),27(2),35 of the Arms Act and 16,17,18,20,22 and 23 of U.A.P. Act.

Allegation is that from possession of the petitioner, firearm and cartridges were recovered. Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2016, however, charges have not been framed as yet. After arrest in the present case, the petitioner was remanded in three other cases also.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11703 of 2019(3) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Saraiya Police Station Case No.217 of 2016, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
