Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Dehri (T) (Indrapuri) PS Case No. 590 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that all the accused persons enticed away the informant's minor daughter.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is brother-in-law of Babloo Kumar who is said to have enticed away the girl and is in custody since 10.10.2017.

Whereas learned Counsel for the informant and the State submit that still the girl has not been recovered and is traceless. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is presently rejected. The petitioner may renew the prayer for bail after conclusion of the investigation and recovery of the girl. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J) U T
