Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution's case in short is that the petitioners and other accused persons subjected informant's daughter to cruelty and they ultimately killed her for non-fulfilment of dowry. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted in fact the petitioner no.1 happens to be brother of Raghu Sahni, husband of the deceased, whereas petitioner no.2 is the first wife of co-accused Raghu Sahni and petitioner no.3 is aunt of said Raghu Sahni. It is also the case of

The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge 5, Sitamarhi in Sahiyara Police Station Case No. 73 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
