The petitioner, who had joined the service as a Jan Sewak but later was promoted to the post of Senior Agriculture Extension Officer, Nawada from which post he retired on 30.09.2010, has approached this Court for payment of 3rd M.A.C.P. to him as he has rendered 33 years of service, enabling him to get such financial progression. An application was filed by the petitioner before the Director of Agriculture, Bihar, Patna, who sought for the service-book and the ACR of the petitioner from the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.3973 of 2019 dt.05-03-2019 2/2 Agriculture Officer, Nawada, which, to the information of the petitioner, has been sent to the Director of Agriculture, Bihar, Patna. However, till date, no order has been passed at the end of the Director of Agriculture, Government of Bihar, Patna. This Court, therefore, deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the Director of Agriculture, Bihar, Patna before whom the proceedings with respect to the petitioner is pending, within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of such representation, shall dispose it off by a reasoned order within a period of four weeks thereafter. Needless to say that if the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall be passed within the aforesaid stipulated time.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
