The petitioner seeks bail in Risiap P.S. No. 18 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not named in the written report, his name has come on confessional statement of co-accused. Other accused, namely, Avinash Kumar @ Lallu and Sanjeet Ram @ Lallu, whose names have come on the confessional statement, have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 20224 and 20162 of 2016. The petitioner is in custody in this case since 16.05.2016.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24219 of 2017 (2) dt.22-05-2017 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Aurangabad in connection with Risiap P.S.
