JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 436, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation of commission of assault on the head of Dilip Manjhi and Munka Devi.

Petitioners are full brother of the informant. Petitioners are in custody since 26.09.2017. There is case and counter case. Doctor has found simple injury on the person of the injured.

In the aforesaid circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6784 of 2018 (2) dt.06-02-2018 bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) Police Station Case No.596 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
