Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that complaint case was lodged after one month. In the medical report, no sign of rape was found. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
