JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 509 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 448, 323, 325, 307, 504 , 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is specific overt act alleged against the petitioner of having assaulted the injured with ironrod and the injury has been found to be grievous on the frontal parietal area, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
