ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ara Town PS case no. 482 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 420, 407, 468, 471, 406/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the allegation, the petitioner has now been dismissed from service. He further submits that whatever forgery alleged to have been committed, the same was a mistake for which he has already filed correction application.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has already been dismissed, the matter is under investigation and the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8701 of 2016 (3) dt.17-05-2016 2/2 is pursuing the matter for correction of the certificate which is alleged to have been forged wherein the copy number has been wrongly stated and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara at Bhojpur in connection with Ara Town PS case no. 482 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
