This is a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 332, 333, 337, 338, 307, 353, 186, 224, 225, 393, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission made on behalf of the petitioner is that he has been made an accused in the present case at the instance of Ram Sevak Sah in view of the petitioner's complaint against the said Ram Sevak Sah. Further submission is that he is in judicial custody since 07.02.2017 itself. No overt act has been alleged against the petitioner in the F.I.R.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23340 of 2017 (2) dt.29-05-2017 2/2 bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017.
