JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would not press the overlapped pages from 17 to 18, hence the defect no. 6(i) be ignored. It is submitted that the FIR is lying in torn condition and in the nature of reliefs prayed those are immaterial.

Considering the nature of relief prayed in this writ application, with the consent of the parties, it is being disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.227 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 being Trial No. 14 of 2019 arising out of C.I.D. (Vidyut Board) P.S. Case No. 0002 of 1987, G.R. No. 1189 of 1987 within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is pending before the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Bhojpur at Ara because the informant is not putting appearance. If it is so, the learned trial court will take all appropriate steps for appearance of the informant and other witnesses and then will proceed to conclude the trial in accordance with law.

It is kept in mind that the case is of the year 1987 and it requires to be disposed of with priority basis. The application stands disposed of.
