The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20868 of 2019 with an observation to expedite the trial. Now the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that the trial of the case is not likely to be concluded in near future and the
