JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 414 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the written report one motorcycle was recovered by the police from the house of one Pappu Sharma and said Pappu Sharma disclosed before the police that the petitioner has parked the aforesaid motorcycle in his house. From the seizure list it appears that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and as stated in para-3 of the bail petition, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
