The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272,273 IPC and 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 16.560 of foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of the Petitioner. The Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 15.03.2018. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22699 of 2018(2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Kishanganj in connection with Galgalia P.S Case No. 21 of 2018 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
