Mr. Vikas Kumar, SC 11 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) Date : 15-09-2017 We do not find any infirmity as such with the order dated 12.05.2016, which is required to be reviewed. However, counsel for the appellant submits that the LPA No.581 of 2016 was disposed of on same terms as LPA No.1204

Patna High Court C. REV. No.404 of 2016 dt.15-09-2017 2/2 of 2015, which was decided on 26.4.2016. It is the submission of the counsel, on instruction, that SLP (Civil) Nos.21043 of 2017 and 21044 of 2017 have been filed.

If that is so then the decision which may be rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP arising out of LPA No.1204 of 2015, will also govern the case of the present appellant, provided the order of the Division Bench under challenge before the Hon'ble Apex Court is set aside.

Review stands disposed of in terms of the above. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J) ( Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) sk AFR/NAFR NAFR CAV DATE NA Uploading Date 15.09.2017 Transmission Date NA
