The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.11464 of 2019, arising out of Maner P.S. Case No.634 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 55 litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, Ranjeet Kumar and for that the petitioner is in jail since 24.12.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months for recover of 55 litres of country made liquor.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, namely, Ranjeet Kumar @ Ranjit Kumar is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No.11464 of 2019, arising out of Maner P.S.
