Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 202 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Moreover the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna vide letter No. BSEB/VVC/56/2023 dated 14.03.2023, as contained in Annexure-E to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the Vigilance, has informed that verification report sent vide letter no. BSEB/VVC/55/2023 dated 07.03.2023 is correct.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Sitamarhi in connection with Mejorganj P.S.
